Since the gantt chart is a pan-able canvas, tasks would get rescheduled with swipes and pans on mobile. I fixed it with a tap to select, drag and confirm interaction. This simple change made the mobile experience 10x better.

Renamed "Subcontractors" to "People" today. Not everyone on a task is a subcontractor. Sometimes it's a whole company, sometimes it's just one person. "People" just fits better and gives me room to add anyone involved in a project.
